Guarantee

1. Telephone support: by telephone or online service, professional and technical personnel will be arranged to locate the equipment fault within the specified time, and come up with a solution, and finally troubleshoot.

2. Overseas after sale service. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip air ticket, board and lodging.( because of virus now cant go aboard)
1. Timely service response, effective problem solving, and standardized service process;

2. Service content: The equipment provided by the company is not less than the stipulated warranty period. If there is a quality problem during this period, our engineer can respond within 4 hour, Provide solution within 8 hours,and solve the problem within 24 hours.
1. Free warranty during the product warranty period. The warranty period is calculated on the day the product is installed and passed the acceptance. After the expiration of the warranty period, a reasonable fee will be charged according to the situation.

2.One year guarantee from the delivery date of this machine under the normal operation of one shift per day.

3.We will be responsible for the maintenance of damaged part which is under normal situation during warranty period.and all the round trip courier transportation cost of damaged / repaired replacement parts in warranty period will be borne by us.

4.Wearing parts are not included.
